Interdisciplinary Intervention Model Project

Primary Investigator: Molly Strauss

Description: The Interdisciplinary Intervention Model Project is focused on providing sound data regarding the Interdisciplinary Intervention Model of service delivery. The Interdisciplinary Intervention Model is a service delivery model that brings speech-and-language pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, special-education teachers, and behavior analysts together to collaboratively develop an individualized program for each client within the developmental domains of communication, social-emotional, sensory-motor, adaptive daily living skills, cognition, and behavior management. The purpose of thi initial pilot investigation is to collect sound data to determine the rate of progress within the various domains by those clients receiving services through the Interdisciplinary Intervention Model as compared to typically developing peers of the same age.
