CPI endeavors to be as accommodating as possible with the various types of funding sources clients may have. Below is the current list of funding agencies and resources with which our organization has become approved service providers. CPI is continuously looking to formulate and foster additional funding relationships; please feel free to request that CPI research becoming a provider for your funding source if it is not listed here.

Colorado Medicaid Waivers

Creative Perspectives, Inc. works closely with the Colorado Department of Developmental Disabilities and is a Program Approved Service Agency for several of Colorado’s Medicaid Waivers.

 

HCBS-CWA: The Autism Waiver

The Autism waiver provides funding for early intervention services for young children with ASD under the age of 6.

CHRP: The Children’s Habilitation Residential Program Waiver

The CHRP waiver provides funding for individuals ages birth to 21 years with developmental disabilities who are placed in foster care.

HCBS-CES: The Children’s Extensive Services Waiver

The CES waiver provides funding for individuals with developmental disabilities under age 18.

HCBS-SLS: Supported Living Services

The SLS waiver provides funding for individuals with developmental disabilities over the age of 18.

The DD waiver provides funding for individuals with developmental disabilities over the age of 18.

CPI is also a provider for Speech and Occupational Therapy services through Medicaid.

 

Community Centered-Boards

Creative Perspectives. Inc. works closely as a Program Approved Service Agency with the following organizations, all of which act as a single point entry into the long-term service and support systems for individuals with developmental disabilities.  In addition to administering the above Colorado Medicaid Waivers, most CCBS offer access to additional funding sources, through which CPI services may be accessed.  These funding programs include, but are not limited to: E.I., Family Support, Families Most in Need (FMIN), Imagine’s ASD program, and the Traumatic Brain Injury Fund.
